CCNI is hosting a Mentor Coaching Town Hall with our Director of Mentor Coaching, Dr. Michael Smith.

At our Town Hall, we will:

  • Provide updates to Mentor Coaching requirements across the coaching profession.
  • Share qualifications and requirements for a CCNI Mentor Coaching Endorsement.
  • Orientate attendees to the Christian Coaching Competencies and Ethics.
  • Invite attendees to a 2-session gathering to explore Christian Mentor Coaching as it relates to the CCNI faith-based approach to the core competencies.
  • Participants completing the 2-session gathering may earn a CCNI Mentor Coaching Endorsement upon satisfying all requirements. Details will be explained during the Town Hall.

The Town Hall will be recorded for those who are unable to attend. You must register to receive the recording.

Presenter: Dr. Michael Smith 

Dr. Michael Smith is a professional coach who helps leaders and professionals think bigger, achieve goals faster, and increase their impact. He has coached since 2012 and founded Professional Coach University in 2019.

Michael serves as President of Professional Coach University, Director of Mentoring for Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI), Director of Coach Education for Assemblies of God Coaching, and host of the Your Discipleship Coach podcast.

He holds coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (PCC), CCNI (CPCC), Assemblies of God Coaching (Level 4 Certified Coach), and Professional Coach University. He is also an ICF Mentor Coach and Lead Business Coach with GSD Business Coaching.

Michael serves as adjunct faculty with Indiana Wesleyan University, Evangel University, and Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He is the author of the ICF-certified Professional Coach Training Program. He and his wife, Kimberly, are the parents of six children.
