Sarah Bond, PCC has been coaching leaders and teams for over 15 years. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Urban Community Development. Her coaching has been shaped by 20 years of nonprofit leadership and foster care advocacy. She understands the specific weight of leading a mission-driven team with limited resources, high stakes, and people who joined the work because they care deeply about their impact on others. Sarah has sat across from people in pivotal moments for most of her professional life—in college student development and as a professor; as co-founder of Voice of Courage, where she spent five years coaching women in leadership and spiritual formation through meetups and retreats; and now as a program supervisor at CASA Sacramento, where she oversees advocacy for 0–5-year-olds who are navigating the foster care system. Her passion is equipping leaders to serve vulnerable communities through tools of leadership development, spiritual formation, and team emotional intelligence. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two sons. When she isn't camping or mountain biking with her active boys, you can find her reading and finding ways to gather people in her community for small groups and book clubs
