Drawing Out the Heart: A Theological Reflection on the Four C’s of Coaching

Rev. Vincent Tauriello, M.Div., PCC

What if coaching is more than a helpful leadership skill? What if it is a way of imitating God?

Join us for a one-hour theological reflection on the Four C's of Coaching© from Drawing Out the Heart. Together we'll explore how Scripture reveals a God who listens deeply, asks meaningful questions, creates awareness, and invites people to respond in faith. Through guided reflection and conversation, we'll consider how our coaching can more faithfully reflect God's character and become an expression of loving our neighbor.

Designed for Christian coaches, this interactive workshop offers space to deepen your theology of coaching, reflect on your own practice, and be encouraged alongside others seeking to coach with greater wisdom, humility, and grace.
