Inner Healing Tools inside a Coaching Session - Jill Monaco Ministries, PCC

If you’re a Christian coach who wants to help your clients achieve a lasting breakthrough by incorporating prayer and inner healing, or you are curious what that would look like inside a coaching session, this workshop is for you.

You want your sessions to be led by the Holy Spirit — not just good strategy.

This workshop by Jill Monaco, PCC, will give you a simple, practical framework for integrating inner healing prayer into your coaching conversations — without stepping outside your coaching role.

But when pain or past trauma surfaces and a client cannot see another way to think, feel, or believe, you can both feel stuck.

    If you’ve ever thought:

    • “I want Holy Spirit-led conversations, but don’t know how to guide them.”
    • “I feel out of my depth when deeper issues surface.”
    • “I want to guide my clients in prayer, but I’m not sure how that aligns with coaching competencies.”

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

    • Discern when to ask questions that go deeper into exploring your clients’ limiting beliefs (lies) and help them discover God’s truth
    • Recognize when trauma or unresolved wounds are influencing the session
    • Ask specific, Spirit-led questions that unlock spiritual and practical breakthroughs
    • Facilitate conversations without stepping into counseling or mentoring
    • Propose questions for your client to ask God in prayer for more effective revelation that leads to lasting change

Jill will equip you with tools you can use immediately. You’ll be coached through a portion of the core elements of her proprietary model, The Freedom Framework™, as taught in the Freedom Certification. You’ll also gain from tools from her best-selling book, The Freedom Coach Model®, so your clients feel seen and heard by God, their hearts begin to heal, and they can walk in freedom well beyond the coaching session.

As a coach, you’ll walk away with better discernment, structure, and confidence.

Join us and discover how coaching and inner healing can work together to create lasting transformation.

Presented by: Jill Monaco, PCC, CPCC

    Christian Writers Group

Helping Christian coaches who feel called to write – to write.

Are you called by God to write? If the answer is no, don’t waste your time. If the answer is yes, then anything less is disobedience. Don’t worry about publishing, posting, or profiting. Write for an audience of the One who really matters. Write as an act of obedience. Write because you must.

Presenters: Pam Mertz and Rich Weigel

Christian Coaches who are called to write have an opportunity to gather, connect, support, learn and encourage one another in the writing process.

If you have a thought to write, or have published books, and anywhere in between, this Writer’s Group has a place for you!  We have provided this space for a couple of years now and it continues to be a very fruitful space for Christian coaches who also write to gain traction in this process.

Coaches coach and writers write!  Come and be a part of this space where we “explore the more” God has for each of us in this space of writing.

Our Writing Group will be answering some of the following questions while at the same time, pushing each other to accomplish some writing that we can post, publish, or present.

    • What do you feel compelled to write about?
    • What’s burning in your heart that someone else needs to read?
    • Who is going to benefit from what you write?
    • What are they going to do with it after they’ve read it?
    • What makes it important if Jesus was reading it?

We will have three 90-minute meetings for our CCNI Writing Group. At each meeting there will be a presenter who has posted or published to talk about some of the things they do to build their writing. We’ll use a “Listening to Speaker Protocol” to provide you an opportunity to ask questions. We will also have breakout rooms for you to talk about:

    • What you want to write,
    • What you’ll have written by the next meeting, and
    • How you will be held accountable to get that writing done.
    • There will also be a Google Form to fill out after each session.

    =========================================

Attendees will receive One (1.5) CCRU for this event. This will count towards CCNI's continuing resource requirements for credentialing and other organizations affiliated with Christian Coaching and CCNI. Please note our community groups are not recorded.

Join fellow Christian coaches for a live, interactive coaching experience designed to help move a meaningful goal forward. We will move from large group to small groups where participants will briefly share a current goal, explore obstacles that may be slowing progress, and coach one another toward clarity, next steps, and faithful action.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves workshop environment—it’s a high-belief, high-challenge space to practice coaching, be coached, and experience the power of clarity, community, and Spirit-led discernment. Come ready share a goal, support other’s goals with micro coaching, and leave encouraged and equipped to take your next step.

Whether you’re navigating a personal, professional, or ministry-related goal, you’ll be supported in moving from intention to action—together.  If God has put something on your heart for your coaching practice or you just want to experience greater traction personally, this is an space of belief, support, and commitment to walk in faith-filled courage to overcome the obstacles that would hold us back.

During this time we will ask each participant to share in smaller breakout groups the following:

    Reflect and clarify your goal

    • What is your goal?
    • What progress are you celebrating?
    • Where do you feel challenged?
    • What part of your goal could the group help you gain insight and action around?

CCNI has been hosting Writer's Workshops for 4 years, and we have dozens of coaches that are also writing.  It has been a very productive time in community.  We are celebrating what God is doing in and through our writing coaches.

      Come:

      • If you are at all intrigued and want to hear some excerpts from all God has to share.
      •  If you are wanting to share 1-2 minutes of your own writing.
      • To be inspired!

This event is open to ALL - not just those called to write. Come and hear, listen, and receive.

This event will be facilitated by Dr. Rich Weigel, and Pamela Mertz, co-facilitators of our Christian Coaches Writers Groups.

      Walking with People in Transition
Seasons of transition often leave people feeling disoriented, uncertain, and caught in the “messy middle” between what was and what’s next. Coaches and care providers are frequently invited into these moments—but knowing how to walk well alongside someone in transition can be challenging.
In this live webinar, Tim Austin will help participants step into the experience of those navigating significant life and vocational changes. Together we’ll explore what commonly surfaces during seasons of transition and the kinds of support people often need during these in-between times.
Along the way, participants will learn how to recognize the emotional and spiritual dynamics that often accompany transition, ask better questions that invite reflection and discernment, and use simple tools to help guide people toward greater clarity about their next steps.
Participants will leave with a practical framework for understanding transition dynamics, along with several reflection tools that can be used to support meaningful coaching conversations with people navigating seasons of change.

      Tim Austin (Bio)

Tim Austin is a life and leadership coach who specializes in helping people navigate seasons of transition. After spending more than twenty years living and serving overseas as a missionary and pastor, Tim developed a deep passion for walking with people through life’s significant crossroads.
Today he runs Encompass Life Coaching, where he works with leaders, ministry professionals, and entrepreneurs who are discerning their next chapter. Tim also trains coaches and care providers to better support people in the “messy middle” of transition using a set of practical coaching tools and frameworks he has developed through years of experience.
Tim lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Eve. They have three adult children who grew up overseas and three grandchildren.

      A Neuroscience Coaching Learning  Community

In today’s coaching world, tools abound—but transformation runs deeper than technique.

As Christian coaches, we are uniquely positioned to bring not only professional skill but also spiritual insight into every conversation. When we understand how the brain works—and how the Spirit leads—we create coaching experiences that foster true and lasting change.

Join us for a powerful gathering of like-minded Christian coaches exploring the intersection of neuroscience, coaching, and biblical wisdom.

In this Community Group, we will:

      • Discover how coaching the brain enhances breakthroughs for your clients

      • Learn key neuroscience principles through a biblical lens

      • Engage in Spirit-led conversations around mindset, renewal, and transformation

      • Connect with other Christian coaches committed to both excellence and faith

      • Walk away with practical tools and inspiration to use in your coaching practice immediately

This is more than just another event—it’s the beginning of a kingdom-minded community where you can grow in confidence, competence, and Christ-centered coaching.

Whether you’re new to brain-based coaching or have been integrating it for years, this space will refresh your calling, equip your mind, and sharpen your skills.

Our monthly Coaching in the Church community group meeting is a shared discussion format to help Christian Coaches create a dynamic coaching program that fosters unity and spiritual flourishing in their churches and faith-based organizations. We take a coach approach to our monthly conversation and build our discussion around needs that arise on developing a coaching niche in the church.

      Past Coaching Topics:

      • How to define a compelling vision for your coaching program that aligns with your church's mission and values.
      • Discovering the essential steps to lay the groundwork for a solid coaching program, such as: identifying potential coaches, establishing program goals, and creating a coaching framework and structure.
      • Exploring effective coaching techniques tailored for spiritual development and discipleship within the church community.
      • Listen and share real-life success stories and gain insights into overcoming common obstacles faced when initiating coaching programs in a church setting.
      • Occasionally, we will have a thought partner who will deliver content for us to ponder and add to our coaching portfolio in the church.

Come to our monthly meeting prepared to receive and share ideas on how to introduce coaching to your congregation and faith-based organizations.

      Core Competencies Learning Community

Join Ben Olsen, PCC, CPCC, AG4 and Director of Coach Education & Training at Global Center for Coaching

Each month we will explore a Core Competency together through the Christian coaching lens.  We will meet the 4th Monday each month from 1-2 pm ET.

In this community learning group we will spend time unpacking each of the 8 core coaching competency areas as outlined by the International Coaching Federation. We will explore how our unique understanding of the core coaching competencies builds up and prepares people to answer God’s invitation to join Him. How can we, as Christians, leverage our faith and God’s principles to answer the call to equip others. This is a time where we will discover what makes us as believers uniquely fitted to be industry leaders using a biblical foundation to approach our professional skills.
