I’m Gina Marie, a born-n-raised Minnesota girl with a passion for Jesus, my family, and the incredible community of women I have the privilege of coaching!

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that God designed every woman with unique gifts and a significant purpose. Coaching is a sacred partnership between the coach, the client, and the Holy Spirit. This partnership encourages you to embrace where you are while empowering you to rise up to your greatest potential.

I believe that when you are given a safe, creative space to explore and experiment with who you are becoming in Christ, you will unlock the fullness of your identity, design, and impact. And it turns out, when you are in alignment you can achieve incredible results! I have helped my clients increase their profitability and productivity by 3-10x by matching their brand strategies with their individual talents. I am a staunch believer that work and faith do not have to be separate and that work does not have to be boring.

My expertise is in developing strengths-based leaders and teams through neuroscience techniques, leadership and communication training, and cutting-edge coaching methods that accelerate my clients beyond their wildest expectations.

Let's partner together in the work God is calling us to, so we can encourage, equip, and elevate one another in this holy mission. I can’t wait to see you there!

As the coaching profession increasingly intersects with a global audience, many Christian coaches face the challenge of honoring cultural differences without compromising their values. Drawing inspiration from Paul’s approach in Acts 17, this webinar provides practical guidance on how to embody Christ-like principles in a way that fosters trust and connection across cultures.

    Webinar Objectives

The webinar aims to equip Christian coaches with tools and strategies to:

    1. Learn from Paul’s Example: Paul demonstrated remarkable adaptability when engaging with the Athenians. By observing their culture, finding common ground, and presenting truth with respect and humility, he created an impactful connection. This webinar will draw parallels between Paul’s approach and coaching across diverse cultural settings.

    2. Develop Cultural Intelligence: Participants will learn how to adapt their coaching style to honor different cultural norms while remaining authentic to their own values. Topics will include practical tools for understanding diverse perspectives and building meaningful rapport.

    3. Integrate Faith Naturally: The session will provide actionable strategies for embodying faith-driven values like humility, grace, and integrity, ensuring coaches can lead with purpose without imposing their beliefs.

This webinar will empower Christian coaches to serve with greater wisdom, cultural sensitivity, and faithfulness. By following Paul’s example, they can remain grounded in their beliefs while meeting clients where they are. This approach not only honors God but also strengthens the impact of their coaching.

Presented by Ferenc "Frank" Szabo, CPCC,PCC and Sabrina Szabo, CPCC, PCC.  They are the cofounders of /chAYnj/, a coaching company passionate about redefining leadership for today's dynamic world.  Find out more about Frank and Sabrina https://chaynj.com/

    "Short-takes"

No time to read an entire book? Not to worry. Join with other members in our CCNI community to hear an executive summary with Biblical applications.

In addition to receiving a dozen or so highlighted insights from this month's book, members will benefit from interaction with other participants.

As coaches, we tend to do most of our work alone. Let's set aside time to purposefully come together for prayer, encouragement, and refreshment while learning from best practices to enhance our knowledge and understanding.

"You will be the same person in five years as you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read."

    -Charlie "Tremendous" Jones

    June's Book:

Winner of the Financial Times and Schroders Business Book of the Year 2023

Behavioral Scientist Notable Book of 2023

A revolutionary guide that will transform your relationship with failure, from the pioneering researcher of psychological safety and award-winning Harvard Business School professor Amy Edmondson.

We used to think of failure as the opposite of success. Now, we’re often torn between two “failure cultures”: one that says to avoid failure at all costs, the other that says fail fast, fail often. The trouble is that both approaches lack the crucial distinctions to help us separate good failure from bad. As a result, we miss the opportunity to fail well.

After decades of award-winning research, Amy Edmondson is here to upend our understanding of failure and make it work for us. In Right Kind of Wrong, Edmondson provides the framework to think, discuss, and practice failure wisely. Outlining the three archetypes of failure—basic, complex, and intelligent—Amy showcases how to minimize unproductive failure while maximizing what we gain from flubs of all stripes. She illustrates how we and our organizations can embrace our human fallibility, learn exactly when failure is our friend, and prevent most of it when it is not. This is the key to pursuing smart risks and preventing avoidable harm.

With vivid, real-life stories from business, pop culture, history, and more, Edmondson gives us specifically tailored practices, skills, and mindsets to help us replace shame and blame with curiosity, vulnerability, and personal growth. You’ll never look at failure the same way again.

    Women of ‘The Well’

A Community of Christian Coaches Collaborating in Sisterhood and Mastery to Multiply Kingdom Impact.

Women of 'The Well' is a vibrant community of Christian women coaches who come together in sisterhood, collaboration, and mastery. Through shared wisdom, support, and the pursuit of excellence in coaching, they empower each other to grow spiritually, refine their God-given talents, and multiply their impact for the Kingdom of God. United in purpose, they are committed to raising up leaders and expanding their influence for Christ’s mission in the world.

    Meet Your Facilitator, Gina Marie

This journey is about more than achieving goals; it’s about aligning your entire being—mind, body, and spirit—with the ways of Christ so that you can live out your calling with confidence and joy.

    With joy and anticipation,

Gina Marie, PCC - ‘The Well’ Leader

Are you a coach who wants to grow your coaching practice?

Podcasting is the answer to exponential growth, when done right. You can turn each episode into revenue-generating, evergreen assets.

    Why podcasting?  Three huge reasons:

    1. It closes the trust gap faster.

    2. You can escape the constantly changing algorithms

    3. Podcast listenership is projected to spike to 619 MILLION by 2026!

Here's how you can leverage this exponential growth:

    increase your visibility and credibility

build trust faster with your ideal clients

learn how to monetize every host + guest appearance

establish + grow your thought leadership, even outside of your niche

Instead of chasing downloads and posting audiograms that don't work, Jen Rogers will show you how to leverage your audio content. You don't need a video podcast to succeed - you need your podcasting voice. As the host of Time to Simplify Podcasting—a top 1.5% podcast worldwide—she’s built a signature framework that helps entrepreneurs create content their market can’t stop listening to—and can’t wait to buy from. A featured guest on influential podcasts, Jen is proving that when done right, podcasting isn’t just content—it’s a business growth engine.

This monthly learning community will meet the 3rd Thursday of every month, 1-2 pm ET.

    Meet Jen Rogers:

Hi! I’m Jen Rogers, a startup entrepreneur and podcast launch coach.  The irony of my expertise? I became an accidental entrepreneur after falling from grace in the traditional 7am-7pm 9-5 role. I didn’t know it before my career shakeup; losing that 6-figure job revealed how misaligned my choices were with my purpose.

Organized by nature, I felt completely disorganized. Naturally competitive, my disillusionment about where I thought I would be or worse, “should be,” fed into shame, apathy, regret, and fear.

I lost my dreams, my identity, and my confidence.

    But God…
That epic failure led to discerning God’s revelation for my mission. I believe that failure catapulted me to success as I delight in entrepreneurial collaborations!

From professional mentoring to speaking to podcast coaching, I'm committed to helping entrepreneurs experience success from failures, too.

So if you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just unsure of your next steps, it’s time to stop running around with your hair on fire and leverage your resources so you can have time for the people, places, and play you treasure most! Together, we'll navigate the path towards your goals and breathe new life into your dreams. Your time is now.

We have an incredible day planned for the 2025 Business Building Summit. It is going to be an encouraging and inspiring day for Christian coaches who want to keep growing and reaching the potential of all that God has for their coaching!

Many of us as coaches get trained in coaching and are ready to go, but then we bump into the reality that it is difficult to cross the chasm from coach training to client traction.  Our websites might be up, our logo might be polished, but no one is knocking on our door.  We wait for someone to come, but are disappointed and discouraged we can't find traction.

Others find initial traction, but are navigating the courage needed to pursue the bolder vision, figuring out how to build the right team, or pivoting our coaching services model to scale.

Wherever you are on the path, this summit will:

    • Encourage and inspire you to keep going after the grander vision
    • Provide valuable insights to get traction with your practice
    • Remind you of God's character and promises to anchor into
    • Equip you with greater sales mastery
    • Connect you to other Christian coaches

    Speakers Include:

Schedule (all times Eastern, subject to change):

    • 9:30am     Summit Kickoff

    Christian Writers Group

Helping Christian coaches who feel called to write – to write.

Are you called by God to write? If the answer is no, don’t waste your time. If the answer is yes, then anything less is disobedience. Don’t worry about publishing, posting, or profiting. Write for an audience of the One who really matters. Write as an act of obedience. Write because you must.

Presenters: Pam Mertz and Rich Weigel

Christian Coaches who are called to write have an opportunity to gather, connect, support, learn and encourage one another in the writing process.

If you have a thought to write, or have published books, and anywhere in between, this Writer’s Group has a place for you!  We have provided this space for a couple of years now and it continues to be a very fruitful space for Christian coaches who also write to gain traction in this process.

Coaches coach and writers write!  Come and be a part of this space where we “explore the more” God has for each of us in this space of writing.

Our Writing Group will be answering some of the following questions while at the same time, pushing each other to accomplish some writing that we can post, publish, or present.

    • What do you feel compelled to write about?
    • What’s burning in your heart that someone else needs to read?
    • Who is going to benefit from what you write?
    • What are they going to do with it after they’ve read it?
    • What makes it important if Jesus was reading it?

We will have three 90-minute meetings for our CCNI Writing Group. At each meeting there will be a presenter who has posted or published to talk about some of the things they do to build their writing. We’ll use a “Listening to Speaker Protocol” to provide you an opportunity to ask questions. We will also have breakout rooms for you to talk about:

    • What you want to write,
    • What you’ll have written by the next meeting, and
    • How you will be held accountable to get that writing done.
    • There will also be a Google Form to fill out after each session.

    =========================================

Attendees will receive One (1.5) CCRU for this event. This will count towards CCNI's continuing resource requirements for credentialing and other organizations affiliated with Christian Coaching and CCNI. Please note our community groups are not recorded.

This journey is about more than achieving goals; it’s about aligning your entire being—mind, body, and spirit—with the ways of Christ so that you can live out your calling with confidence and joy.

This journey is about more than achieving goals; it’s about aligning your entire being—mind, body, and spirit—with the ways of Christ so that you can live out your calling with confidence and joy.

    With joy and anticipation,

Gina Marie, PCC - ‘The Well’ Leader

    NEW Podcast Learning Community!

THE BENCH - A Supportive Community for
    Men in Christian Coaching

    Attention men!

Might you benefit both personally and professionally by participating in a men’s-only community of Christian coaches?

The Bench is a twice monthly online meet-up on the 1st and 3rd Fridays in which we can find support (and frank feedback when desired) while discussing coaching-related issues and sharing best-practices success stories.

Join Dave Peterson and Thomas Kenyon in bringing to light the topics that are common to men who have chosen a career as a Christian coach; from the challenges of being a solopreneur to the excitement of being used by God to help our clients experience the victorious life that Jesus purchased for each of us. You’ll find all this and more at The Bench!

Attendees will receive One (1) CCRU for this event. This will count towards CCNI's continuing resource requirements for credentialing and other organizations affiliated with Christian Coaching and CCNI. Please note our community groups are not recorded.

    Your Community Facilitators

David H Peterson has been a pastor and church planter for most of his adult life. He entered full-time into coaching in late 2016 helping "Christian influencers live out their purpose so they can have a positive impact on the world for God's glory".

He holds an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, the CPLC from Professional Christian Coaching Institute and the AGAC with the Assemblies of God.

He loves to travel and has taught in the Baltics, Eastern Europe, Africa, and India.

Dave and the love of his life, Julie, have been married 45 years, live in Western Connecticut, and have four married adult children and seven grandchildren.

Thomas Kenyon is a late-in-life Christ-follower, who almost immediately after a dramatic conversion experience at age 44 began ministering to men.  After successful decade-plus runs in three varied business fields, he attended the Professional Christian Coaching Institute in order to become proficient in serving men as a life coach.

By the grace of God, Thomas and his bride, Lorene, recently celebrated their 34th anniversary.  They enjoy having their two married daughters living within 20 minutes of their home in Sarasota, FL so that their 4 grandkids can visit frequently!
