    Meet Your Facilitator, Gina Marie

I’m Gina Marie, a born-n-raised Minnesota girl with a passion for Jesus, my family, and the incredible community of women I have the privilege of coaching!

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that God designed every woman with unique gifts and a significant purpose. Coaching is a sacred partnership between the coach, the client, and the Holy Spirit. This partnership encourages you to embrace where you are while empowering you to rise up to your greatest potential.

I believe that when you are given a safe, creative space to explore and experiment with who you are becoming in Christ, you will unlock the fullness of your identity, design, and impact. This journey is about more than achieving goals; it’s about aligning your entire being—mind, body, and spirit—with the ways of Christ so that you can live out your calling with confidence and joy.

And it turns out, when you are in alignment you can achieve incredible results! I have helped my clients increase their profitability and productivity by 3-10x by matching their brand strategies with their individual talents. I am a staunch believer that work and faith do not have to be separate and that work does not have to be boring.

Are you a coach who wants to grow your coaching practice?

Podcasting is the answer to exponential growth, when done right. You can turn each episode into revenue-generating, evergreen assets.

    Why podcasting?  Three huge reasons:

    1. It closes the trust gap faster.

    2. You can escape the constantly changing algorithms

    3. Podcast listenership is projected to spike to 619 MILLION by 2026!

Here's how you can leverage this exponential growth:

    increase your visibility and credibility

build trust faster with your ideal clients

learn how to monetize every host + guest appearance

establish + grow your thought leadership, even outside of your niche

Instead of chasing downloads and posting audiograms that don't work, Jen Rogers will show you how to leverage your audio content. You don't need a video podcast to succeed - you need your podcasting voice. As the host of Time to Simplify Podcasting—a top 1.5% podcast worldwide—she’s built a signature framework that helps entrepreneurs create content their market can’t stop listening to—and can’t wait to buy from. A featured guest on influential podcasts, Jen is proving that when done right, podcasting isn’t just content—it’s a business growth engine.

This monthly learning community will meet the 3rd Thursday of every month, 1-2 pm ET.

    Meet Jen Rogers:

Hi! I’m Jen Rogers, a startup entrepreneur and podcast launch coach.  The irony of my expertise? I became an accidental entrepreneur after falling from grace in the traditional 7am-7pm 9-5 role. I didn’t know it before my career shakeup; losing that 6-figure job revealed how misaligned my choices were with my purpose.

Organized by nature, I felt completely disorganized. Naturally competitive, my disillusionment about where I thought I would be or worse, “should be,” fed into shame, apathy, regret, and fear.

I lost my dreams, my identity, and my confidence.

    But God…
That epic failure led to discerning God’s revelation for my mission. I believe that failure catapulted me to success as I delight in entrepreneurial collaborations!

From professional mentoring to speaking to podcast coaching, I'm committed to helping entrepreneurs experience success from failures, too.

So if you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just unsure of your next steps, it’s time to stop running around with your hair on fire and leverage your resources so you can have time for the people, places, and play you treasure most! Together, we'll navigate the path towards your goals and breathe new life into your dreams. Your time is now.

    Women of ‘The Well’

A Community of Christian Coaches Collaborating in Sisterhood and Mastery to Multiply Kingdom Impact.

Women of 'The Well' is a vibrant community of Christian women coaches who come together in sisterhood, collaboration, and mastery. Through shared wisdom, support, and the pursuit of excellence in coaching, they empower each other to grow spiritually, refine their God-given talents, and multiply their impact for the Kingdom of God. United in purpose, they are committed to raising up leaders and expanding their influence for Christ’s mission in the world.

My expertise is in developing strengths-based leaders and teams through neuroscience techniques, leadership and communication training, and cutting-edge coaching methods that accelerate my clients beyond their wildest expectations.

Let's partner together in the work God is calling us to, so we can encourage, equip, and elevate one another in this holy mission. I can’t wait to see you there!

    With joy and anticipation,

As the coaching profession increasingly intersects with a global audience, many Christian coaches face the challenge of honoring cultural differences without compromising their values. Drawing inspiration from Paul’s approach in Acts 17, this webinar provides practical guidance on how to embody Christ-like principles in a way that fosters trust and connection across cultures.

    Webinar Objectives

The webinar aims to equip Christian coaches with tools and strategies to:

    1. Learn from Paul’s Example: Paul demonstrated remarkable adaptability when engaging with the Athenians. By observing their culture, finding common ground, and presenting truth with respect and humility, he created an impactful connection. This webinar will draw parallels between Paul’s approach and coaching across diverse cultural settings.

    2. Develop Cultural Intelligence: Participants will learn how to adapt their coaching style to honor different cultural norms while remaining authentic to their own values. Topics will include practical tools for understanding diverse perspectives and building meaningful rapport.

    3. Integrate Faith Naturally: The session will provide actionable strategies for embodying faith-driven values like humility, grace, and integrity, ensuring coaches can lead with purpose without imposing their beliefs.

This webinar will empower Christian coaches to serve with greater wisdom, cultural sensitivity, and faithfulness. By following Paul’s example, they can remain grounded in their beliefs while meeting clients where they are. This approach not only honors God but also strengthens the impact of their coaching.

Presented by Ferenc "Frank" Szabo, CPCC,PCC and Sabrina Szabo, CPCC, PCC.  They are the cofounders of /chAYnj/, a coaching company passionate about redefining leadership for today's dynamic world.  Find out more about Frank and Sabrina https://chaynj.com/

Gina Marie, PCC - ‘The Well’ Leader

Gina Marie, PCC - ‘The Well’ Leader

    NEW Podcast Learning Community!
